Oldsmobile 98 - 7th Gen (1961 to 1964)

Oldsmobile introduced the seventh generation of 98 for the 1961 model year. This new generation of 98 was offered as a sedan, coupe, or convertible, and was fitted with Oldsmobile's 6.5L Rocket V8 engine. A high end sedan variant known as the Luxury Sedan, or LS was also introduced this generation, which was in production until 1964, when it was replaced by the Eighth Generation Oldsmobile 98.
