The Overland Automobile Company was an American automaker that was founded in 1903. After a few years of operation the company moved to Indianapolis and operated until 1908, when Overland was purchased by John North Willys, who eventually renamed the company Willys-Overland in 1912. Although the company had changed name, Overland branded cars were in production until 1926.
