Porsche 911 SC Coupe (1978 to 1983)

The Porsche 911 SC Coupe, available between 1978 to 1983, was the most common variant of the Super Carrera line. Introduced alongside its SC Targa sibling, it was powered by a 3.0-liter flat six, fuel injected, driving the rear wheels through the 915 5-speed manual transmission. Initially power output was 180 hp, later 188 hp, and then in 1981 it was increased to 201 hp. Worth noting that many 911 SC's have undergone significant body and mechanical modifications, cars which can be found in the 911 SC Custom market. The SC Coupe was discontinued along with the rest of the series and its direct successor was the Carrera 3.2 Coupe in 1984.
