The Porsche 968 Coupe - Manual was a hardtop variant of the Porsche 968 that was introduced in 1992. The 968 coupe was powered by Porsche's M44/12 engine, which was a 16-valve 3.0L inline four with an output of 238hp. This engine was equipped with Porsche's new VarioCam variable valve timing system, and sent power to the rear wheels through a 6 speed manual transmission. Production of the Porsche 968 coupe lasted until 1995, when the model was discontinued.
