The RMA was the first Riley produced after WWII. The RMA, which was a variant of the Riley RM, was announced on August 1945 with first models being delivered in the autumn. These cars were equipped with a 1.5L inline-four that produced just shy of 60hp. Thsi engine was the same engine used by the Riley 12/4 model from 1934. As for transmission it used a four-speed manual gearbox with synchro on 2nd, 3rd and 4th. Built in sedan and station wagon (estate) body styles, the Riley RMA was built until 1952, with just over 10,500 examples produced.
