The RMC was the first open-top model from the Riley RM series. It was an open 2 door with bench seat for 2 or 3 passengers. Mechanically was very similar to its sibling, the Riley RMB, using the same “Big Four” 2.5L straight-four engine mated to a four-speed transmission. The RMC was originally designed for export to the North American market; therefore most of the production was a left-hand drive. Just over 500 RMC’s were built from 1948 to 1951.
