The 300BC was introduced by Siata in 1951. Designed for lightweight competition and based on modified Fiat mechanicals, it was available exclusively as an open two-seater barchetta. It was powered with different sized engines ranging from 750cc up to 1.1L, always inline four. All models featured rear-wheel drive and a 4-speed manual transmission. The 300BC was very popular for racing, especially in the United States where many units competed in SCCA events. The Siata 300BC was produced until 1954.
