In 1992 a very rare and sought after limited edition of the Corrado VR6 named the Volkswagen Corrado VR6 Campaign was introduced with only 6 cars produced. Finished with Dusty Mauve Pearl Effect paint and a red brick leather interior, the VR6 Campaign was powered by the 2.9L 12-valve VR6 engine witch produced 187hp, paired to a manual or automatic gearbox. All six cars were given to the top six dealerships in the United Kingdom as part of a dealer incentive.
