Volvo V70 - Base Model - 3rd Gen (2008 to 2016)

The Volvo V70 Base Model, introduced in 2008 for the third generation represented the brand’s continued focus on combining safety, comfort, and performance in a practical wagon form. Externally, the third generation V70 featured a clean, aerodynamic body with a more upright tailgate for increased cargo space, a subtly sculpted hood and a refined front fascia. Power came from a 2.5 liter turbo inline five engine delivering around 231 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque, known for its smooth power delivery and strong midrange response. The V70 was offered in FWD configuration and paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic Geartronic.
