Exterior: The lines of the Austin Healey 100 are actually not that many and the design is very simple. Perhaps, that is why it is so incredibly beautiful. Also, with a black car the lines are maybe enhanced even more. The super smooth perfect black paint makes a great contrast to the chrome pieces. This car has come through a major restoration where pretty much every single detail has been reworked. This Austin Healey 100 BN1 looks as amazing underneath as it does on top. Restored by Auston Healey 100 specialist in Holland. New chrome spoke wheels with Continental tyres. The windscreen can be folded to reduce the wind resistance. With the screen down, the Healey looks business, but make sure you wear your goggles.
Interior: Green leather and carpets all in new condition. The Austin Healey 100 BN1 has the same green interior in the trunk space and also the convertible top and tonau cover. The simple yet so elegant dashboard holds those perfect instruments. Fitted today with a Motolita steering wheel.

Engine: The car has just covered about 60 km after restoration. It is just starting to get broken in. The engine has just been fine-tuned by a specialist for British cars. This Austin Healey 100 BN1 has a 4-speed gearbox with overdrive on third and fourth gear. (Original BN1 cars had a 3-speed gearbox.) Fitted with Le Mans specification. And, Le Mans Specification means.
Larger carburettors
Cold air box
High performance cam
And 8.1:1 compression ratio pistons
Power was increased 110 hp
History: This Austin Healey 100 BN1 was sold new to America and was delivered as a left had drive car on the 8th of June 1955. The extra equipment was laminated windscreen, and heater. I registered the car here in Sweden on the 5th of May and it went through Technical Inspection. It had previously come from California in 2015 and had a complete restoration by Austin Healey specialist in Holland. At this time, the counter was reset to zero. Today it shows 60 km. In a way, you can say this is a new car from 1955. As far as I know, it is not possible to find out if the Le Mans package was fitted from factory or later by dealer. It does not say in Heritage certificate.
