Under previous ownership since 2013, this car was acquired from an elderly. It is known that this Studebaker received a high end restoration including paint and interior in approx. The car shows exceptionally well today, as evidenced by performance and placement in recent car shows. Exterior paint is overall nice and shiny, very solid with little evince of ware due to use and its age since restoration .

All chrome was removed for the repaint for that crisp, clean finish and edges. All chrome and brightwork presents very well both inside and out. The car rides on Diamond Back Radial wide whitewalls that greatly enhances the look and stance of the Silver Hawk.

Mechanically the car is powered by a 289 V-8, likely of 1960 or 1961 vintage. The owner reports the engine is 'tuned to perfection' and is topped by an Edelbrock Carburetor. The engine is reported very powerful and the transmission shifts properly for a comfortable ride with plenty of power.

interior components , lights, turn signals , radio operates and AC blows cold as evident by the video we recorded. The original owners manual and a period shop manual is present with the car.
