The 1960 Chevrolet El Camino was a first-generation "sedan pickup" built on the Chevrolet Brookwood station wagon platform, featuring a 119-inch wheelbase and a 6-foot steel bed. It featured a more subdued, functional restyle from 1959, with flatter rear fins, smaller taillights, and a powerful v8 engine, blending car-like styling with truck utility. Great style with a lot of versatility.
