Mr. Paul Kropfeld reports that his late uncle, Mr. Joseph Kropfeld, who passed away on July 23, 2022, may have been the original owner of this vehicle. According to a New Jersey inspection sticker on the windshield, the vehicle was last inspected in 1971 and it may have been off the road and not running for at least 40 years. Approximately two years ago, the vehicle was moved to its current location in a small garage on the late Mr. Kropfeld’s property. No other information was known or provided about the vehicle.
