This Van is a 90% fully restored running driving project that has to leave my life, unfortunately for me but great for you!
Exterior:
In some small open areas behind the wheels need minor patching, entire underfloor is rust free, all original badging, trim all there, looks like a while ago it was painted silver, I have a pappi's patina kit for the Van that comes with purchase.
all new rear and front light covers, new Tires, HD Shocks, Front springs: new bushings, lowered all glass is good have all new door locks to be installed. LED Head lights, all new rear and front light bezels.
Rear end gear oil changed, gears look great.
Brakes at 80%
Drivetrain:
New Remanufactured professionally built 250cu with an RV cam and Moly Rings, Professionally rebuilt TH350 installed with shift kit and a Lokar floor shifter, cable run.
New 2 barrel Weber carb, with new fuel pressure regulator. stock intake and exhaust manifolds, good shape, no leaks or cracks. with new custom exhaust system. New progressive suspension motor mounts, All new cooling system components, all new aftermarket gauges. A new Old Air Products complete A/C unit installed, (Needs to be charged). Balanced drive shaft, with new u joints.
Interior:
Fully Carpeted, with padding, Newer Upholstery on all seats and bench, Lap belts installed, Dash painted, radio delete, New Head liner, Two tone interior, grey and red combo, New Steering wheel, All new Stereo system 1000amp 4channel blue tooth with 4 three way 6x9 JBL speakers and a Subwoofer box behind bench seat. Has steel frame Futon bed/bench seat in rear NEW. Stereo wired separate from vehicle wiring.
So what's left to do?
Run engine for 500 miles, dump break in zinc oil, and keep driving it, Cam is broken in, only has about 5 miles on engine, rings still need to seat, Re-adjust timing and air/fuel mixture on carb
Wiring, Need to hook up, dome lights (pre-wired), head lights, back up lights, turn signals. I stopped and I bought a Painless Wiring Kit to redo all wiring for safety and reliability, 1966 wiring harnesses can be brittle and have issues down the road...Wiring kit comes with purchase.
Charge A/C.
