We have a very fine 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback available. The car has already been fully restored in the past and remains in good condition. The car was also fitted with a 289Cu engine and automatic transmission.

The bodywork is very neat. The car has a stunning “Raven Black” finish. During the restoration, the whole interior was reupholstered. The car sports a red “Deluxe” interior trim. The car is both inside and externally in good shape. There are extra gauges on the dashboard.

This Mustang had all its mechanical bits fully attended to during the restoration. The car was fitted with the aforementioned “HiPo” 289 (4.7 L) V8 engine. Brakes and suspension were also adjusted to take this new power plant. The 289 produces 275 Ps at 6,000 rpm and 423 Nm at 3,400 rpm. The automatic is a 3-speed affair. Even in today's figures, this Mustang with this kind of power plant under the hood is a fast car. A 275 Ps engine in a 1,100 kg car makes locomotion simply a feast!

There is something so right about the 1966 Ford Mustang Fastback that Ford have never been able to replicate since.
