Biarritz Sports and Classic Cars (BSCC) is pleased to present this Chevron B18 Ex-Jo Siffert.
This Chevron B18 was initially purchased by Jo Siffert, who was Chevron’s commercial agent for Europe. With this B18, he notably took part in the Grand Prix of Bogotá, where he won both races and set the lap record. This earned him the nickname “The King of Bogotá.”
A few weeks later, French driver François Mazet finished fourth at the Grand Prix de Pau with the same car.
In recent years, it has competed in the Historic F2 Grand Prix at Magny-Cours in 2019 and took part in demonstration runs at the Historic Grand Prix de Pau.
This Chevron has been completely restored and is now in Formula Atlantic configuration with a Cosworth BDD 1600cc engine producing 220 hp.
Its FIA passport is valid until 2030, and we also hold the original FIA passport from 1990.
It is eligible for numerous historic events and races. This is a unique opportunity to acquire a true piece of motorsport history.
