About this 1971 Volkswagen Thing

Car and motor has been restored completely by the previous owner and has been driven in a closet garage for the last 15 years. Since that time we did not drive with the car. Actually the rear wheels are blocked due to rust. Motor 1600cm3 is original and turning. Main problem are the brakes front and rear.
