I am the original owner of this triple Burgundy 1979 Chrysler Cordoba and have enjoyed 215,000 happy miles. It was my daily driver until Hurricane Helene flooded it out last October. I love this Car and wanted to restore it so I went and purchased a working 1979 Cordoba with 80,000 miles for parts. My intention was to swap out the drive train and electrical components from the working one to my Car. My Car had just received a $7k plus paint job prior to being flooded and the paint was not harmed. So far on my Car I have striped the interior and rust proofed the seat frames, floor, and doors. The Corduroy Seat Fabric was removed, cleaned, and replaced on the rust proofed frames professionally. The Dash Board and Instrument Panel was removed with all components saved. At this point I think I may have undertaken a project that will take longer then I anticipated and given my age (79) I'm not sure that I want to put the time and effort into completing it. So, this is an offer for 2 cars. One with a beautiful new paint job and almost like new interior that doesn't work and the other that works but with a body and interior (original Corinthian Leather) that is not so terrific. A great project opportunity for any Mopar enthusiast.
