After market backup camera added in 2020, water heater replaced in 2020, Dual electric/propane Dometic fridge replaced in 2020. Tires have 75-80% tread left on them and they are good quality tires. The only thing that need fixed is new A/C for driving (cabin A/C works great) as I am in the middle of getting 2 windows replaced from a previous event this year. Comes with spare tire locked on the back, new flooring (to install), solar panels (to install), solar inverter (to install), and new back splash (to install). I definitely can't go back to sleeping in tents, this is very comfy for boondocking or at a reservation campsite. Upper bed and lower bed are both queen dimensions. The cabin heater runs off propane (mostly). The original window covering for the front exterior privacy is still intact and supplied. There's lots of room for clothing, gear, food, etc. Toilet and shower work great with the rest of the plumbing. It only takes about 10 minutes for the hot water to heat everything up. I painted a lot of the inside white. Fits in a regular parking lot spot! I was able to get the exact parts for A/C compressor to be able to buy on ebay, it cost about $300-$350 for 2 parts and the labor I was quoted was about the same.
