I've owned this 1996 Porsche 911 for 16+ years and have very meticulously cared for the car. Under my care it has always been garaged-kept. It is finished in Arena Red Metallic over the Classic Gray partial leather interior. After it's purchase, I've replaced the 17" cup-design wheels with 18" hollow-spoke turbo-twist wheels. I've also replaced the original airbox cover with a Porsche motor sound package cover and Porsche polished exhaust tips The tires presently mounted are Michelin Pilot Sport 295/30/ZR18 (new at 50871 on 12/2020) and 225/40/ZR18 (new at 51134 on 5/2021). Significant maintenance on 9/30/2016 at 44518 miles included engine and transmission removal for replacement of gaskets, seals, o-rings, belts and ignition wire set. Attached is a picture of this maintenance invoice of full list of items. The most recent maintenance was performed on 6/6/2025 at 54697 mi. that included installation of new struts, mounts, sway bar links, dampers, bellows, new discs and brake pads, door/window seals, sunroof seal and spoiler gearbox. I have had the car interior and exterior professionally detailed and new Porsche floor mats installed on 6/25/25. I have all maintenance records dating back to 12/1996. All original items (jack, compressor, tool kit, owner's and maintenance manuals and 17" cup wheels will be included with the cars purchase.
