This vehicle drives like a beauty! Always starts first turn of the key, even after wintering in the garage. Never driven in winter, though I did buy a set of snow tyres for it in case I needed them in a hurry. The drivers seat has a new frame and brand new leather seat cover. The vehicle has been lovingly maintained by an ex-Jag worker from the UK. Only reason I am parting with is is I am getting to old for it (bad knees, etc.) and, in retirement, 3 vehicles is one too many.
The vehicle does throw up some rogue warning lights, gearbox hot, engine coolant low, which disables the cruise control. The last time I had a spate of these we found the fix was to replace a small plastic switch for the brake light.
