This M240i was first leased from BMW of Devon by the first owner and serviced regularly there. BMW of Devon then sold the car to the second owner who had it from 2020 until 2022 when it was traded in at Porsche Conshohocken where the third owner purchased it.

The car has been regularly serviced throughout its life. The brake fluid was changed, engine and cabin filters replaced, ignition coils and spark plugs replaced at the 20k service, differential fluid flush and engine oil/filter was just changed at 39k miles by BMW of Lancaster. The catalytic converter was replaced under warranty by BMW of Lancaster at 37k miles and they also replaced the battery, air intake elbow and the full turbocharger unit due to the catalytic converter being seized to it. New tires were installed at 31k miles.

A paint correction and ceramic coating was applied in 2022 by Urban Werks of Lancaster.
