Here is a very special Jeep JK! Before the Gladiator existed, custom builder AEV of Detroit, created the concept from a standard 4-door Wrangler, they call it the Brute Double Cab. The Brute has a custom designed rear pickup bed that features an innovative bumper design containing a 7 gallon revisor inside the bumper itself to hold fresh water for your outdoor adventures. The Brute also has a removable hard top, doors, and front freedom panels just as a standard Wrangler has.

This 2017 model year JK Unlimited Rubicon was sent to AEV as a new vehicle and had a MSRP of $48,135. The truck was then ordered as the top spec DC350 package, a $41,589 option which included;

Heat reduction hood, Stamped front and rear bumper, Warn Zeon winch, IPF off-road lighting, Color matched hard top, Under-bed spare tire, Cored composite bed with flip up canvas tonneau cover, and Spray-in bed liner. The Brute was further enhanced by a 5.7L Hemi V8 option at $22,900, and also has a 4.5-inch SC suspension lift, 37-inch BF Goodrich tires on Salta alloy wheels, upgraded 4.56 gears, Dynatrac 60 rear axle, 44 front axle, front and rear AEV diff covers, and the HID lighting upgrade $932. Inside the Brute you will find beautiful black leather seating in the optional "F1" design, rubber floor liners, grab handles, and a new Alpine touch-screen CarPlay stereo upgrade $2500 with an under-seat subwoofer. The total new price of this menacing machine exceeded $125,000 and with only 19k miles it is just getting broken in. You will likely never see another Brute on the road as very few were constructed for select, privileged off-road obsessed individuals who demanded the ultimate in ultra capable JK performance. You will also have something that no Gladiator owner can order- a 372 HP Hemi V8 stuffed under the hood!
