AMC Javelin - 1st Gen (1968 to 1970)

The AMC Javelin was first introduced for the 1968 model year. The Javelin was a series of four seat, two door hardtop pony cars, offered with a range of inline six and V8 engines. Besides the standard Base Model, a premium variant known as the SST was also offered. The first generation Javelin was sold alongside the two seat AMX, and was in production until 1970, when the Second Generation AMC Javelin was unveiled.
