AMC Rebel The Machine (1970 to 1970)

The top performance variant offered for the AMC Rebel was known as 'The Machine.' The Machine featured a raft of improvements to the drivetrain and suspension, and was offered with a 340hp 6.4L V8, but performance packages such as the 400hp "Service Kit," were offered by dealers. A total of 2326 examples were built of The Machine, which was only offered for the 1970 model year.
