Arnolt-MG (1953 to 1955)

The Arnolt-MG was introduced by Arnolt in 1953 as Stanley H. Arnolt's first automotive project in collaboration with Bertone. It was based on the chassis and mechanics of the MG TD and was powered by a 1.25L inline four engine paired to a 4-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. It was offered as a coupe and a convertible, with a total production run of only 67 units. Despite its elegant European design, the Arnolt-MG enjoyed limited commercial success due to its high price compared to production MGs. The Arnolt-MG was produced until 1955.
