The Automatic-equipped Audi S4 Sedan was one of the variants built for the B5 Generation Audi S4. Introduced for the 1998 model year, these B5 S4 sedans were equipped with a 2.7L twin-turbo V6 engine that generated 261hp and 295 lb ft of torque. Power from this engine was sent to all four wheels via a 5 speed 'Tiprtonic' automatic transmission and Audi's Quattro all wheel drive system. Production of the Automatic B5 Audi S4 Sedan lasted until 2002, but the model series would continue life in the next generation of A4 as the B6 Audi S4.
