Benz & Cie. 10HP Mylord-Coupe (1897 to 1903)

The Benz 10 HP Mylord-Coupe was an early luxury automobile built by Benz & Cie. between 1897 and 1903. Powered by a 2.0L H2 engine producing 10 horsepower, it reached speeds of around 28 mph. Featuring an elegant Mylord-Coupe body (closed passenger cabin with an open driver’s seat) it was among the first chauffeur-driven cars ever made. Combining refined craftsmanship with aristocratic style, the 10hp Mylord-Coupe marked Benz’s transition from utilitarian vehicles to true luxury automobiles.
