The Benz 8/20 PS was a compact four-cylinder car produced by Benz & Cie. between 1912 and 1921, prior to the creation of Mercedes-Benz. It featured a 1.95 to 2.09-liter engine delivering 20 horsepower, paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive. With a top speed of around 62 km/h, it was offered in several body styles including sedan, roadster, and phaeton. The 8/20 was known for its solid engineering, reliability, and was widely used for both private and light commercial purposes during its time.
