The 1969 Nova Yenko Deuce, was the brainchild of Chevrolet supercar dealer Don Yenko. Don Yenko had built a name for himself and dealership by stuffing higher performance big block engines into lightweight Chevrolet models. In late 1969 Yenko saw the new emissions controls and how it negatively impacted the power that Chevrolet was able to produce in their big block line up. Yenko decided to use the newly released LT-1 small block and installed it in the lightweight 1970 Nova and the “Yenko Deuce” was born. The LT-1 350ci engine produced 360hp, and along with the F41 suspension package, 12 bolt with 4.10 Posi and a 4 speed Muncie made this Yenko Deuce a special muscle car. Only 175 Yenko Deuce Novas were produced.
