The Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary - Manual was a variant of the C4 Corvette 35th Anniversary Edition. Only available for the 1988 model year, these cars were created to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Chevrolet Corvette. Power came from the L89 V8 engine, which was a 350ci naturally aspirated powerplant that had an output of 240hp. This engine was paired to a Doug Nash 4+3 manual transmission, which featured overdrive on the top three gears and sent drive to the rear wheels. Only a total of 180 examples of the manual-equipped Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary Edition were ever built.
