CMC Gazelle (1983 to 1994)

The CMC Gazelle is a kit car produced initially by Fiberfab in the 1970s and subsequently by Classic Motor Carriages (CMC) from 1983 to 1994. This vehicle is a replica of the 1929 Mercedes-Benz SSK, designed to capture the classic aesthetics of the original. The Gazelle could be purchased as a kit to assemble at home or as a fully assembled vehicle, the latter being a more expensive option. Always a two-door, rear-wheel drive convertible, this car used different engines depending on the donor chassis on which it was based.
