The third generation Dodge Ramcharger was introduced for the 1999 model year, and was exclusive to the Mexican market. The third generation Ramcharger saw the revival of the model after being put on haitus after 1993. This last generation of Ramcharger was offered with a 5.2L or 5.9L V8 engine, and was only available as a rear wheel drive two door SUV. The short lived third generation ended production in 2001 when Dodge discontinued the Ramcharger.
