Excelsior-Henderson was a short lived brand of motorcycles that founded in 1993. This company purchased the names to the Excelsior and Henderson motorcycle brands, and began development of a new series of motorcycles. After a long development run, the company introduced their first model, the Super X for the 1999 model year. Unfortunately, Excelsior-Henderson encountered financial difficulties which lead to operations and manufacturing shutting down in late 1999.
