Ford Fiesta - Mk4 (1996 to 2002)

The fourth generation of the Ford Fiesta, commonly referred to as the Mk4, was introduced for the 1996 model year. The Mk4 Fiesta was available in a variety of body styles, but a 2 or 4 door hatchback or 4 door sedan were by far the most common. A wide range of gasoline and diesel inline four engines were offered, with manual or automatic transmissions sending drive to the front wheels. While there were no standout performance variants for the Mk4, the Zetec S was the top offering. Production of the Mk4 Fiesta ended in 2002, when it was replaced by the Mk5 Ford Fiesta.
