The Hudson DeLuxe Eight was a series of luxury cars introduced in 1934. The DeLuxe Eight was offered as the high end version of the Standard Eight (which would become the Special Eight). The DeLuxe Eight was offered on two wheelbases, long (Model 66) and short (Model 64). A wide range of open and closed bodies were available on these platforms. In 1937, longer platforms were introduced, with long (Model 76) and short (Model 74) designations. A 4.2L inline eight engine provided power for the Hudson DeLuxe Eight, which was produced until 1938.
