Humber Snipe (1929 to 1948)

The Humber Snipe was a four-door luxury saloon introduced by Humber Limited in 1929. This rear wheel drive car was available as sedan, saloon and torpedo (convertible). Its engine could be from 2.7L up to 4.1L inline six, attached to a 4-speed manual transmission. The Snipe was used by some diplomatic and military delegations due to its imposing presence and reliability. It was distinguished by sleek lines with a prominent front end and a classic upright-style grille. The Humber Snipe production lasted until 1948.
