Jensen 541R (1958 to 1960)

The Jensen 541R was a series of sports cars that were introduced for the 1958 model year. The 541R was an evolution of the Jensen 541, and was offered in a two door coupe body style. These cars were powered by 4.0L inline six engine that had an output of 150hp and 210 lb ft of torque. This power was sent to the rear wheels via a 4 speed manual transmission. Just a total of 193 examples of the Jensen 541R were built before it was replaced by the Jensen 541S.
