As the marques new flagship after the Lancia 2000, the Gamma was marketed as 4-door fastback saloon as the Berlina (1976-1984) and as 2-door coupé (1977-1984), both designed by Pininfarina. 15,272 Berlina's and 6,790 coupés were manufactured. The Gamma was replaced by the Lancia Thema.
