Lotus Esprit - X180 (1987 to 1993)

The fourth generation of the Lotus Esprit is known by its project code 'X180,' as it was never given an official series designation. The X180 Esprit cars were fitted with a range of inline four engines, offered in both naturally aspirated and turbocharged forms. The most notable X180 variant is the Esprit S, a stripped down, turbocharged car. The X180 Esprit was in production until 1993 and was replaced by the Lotus Esprit Series 4.
