Introduced in 1961, the Maserati 3500 GTI Coupe was an updated and improved version of the 3500 GT. Featuring an uprated 3.5L inline 6, the GTI Coupe produced an additional 15hp over the standard model. Small exterior changes such as new taillights and a new grill were also implemented. Less than 500 GTI Coupes were made, making them the rarer of the 3500 GT Coupes.
