Mazda Bongo (1966 to 1999)

The Mazda Bongo, also known as Mazda E-Series, Eunos Cargo, and the Ford Econovan, is a cabover van and pickup truck produced over multiple generations since 1966. During the 3rd generation, a long-wheelbase version known as the Bongo Brawny was also introduced. The Bongo name was also used for the Bongo Friendee, which is not a cabover design, based on a separate platform and typically built into a camper-like van. Although the Bongo has been produced over multiple generations, at Classic.com we track sales up to the 1999 model year.
