The Mercedes-AMG GT 53 4MATIC+ was a high performance variant of the Mercedes-AMG GT 4 Door that debuted for the 2019 model year. The AMG GT 53 4MATIC+ was powered by Mercedes' M256 3.0L twin-turbocharged inline-six which was tuned to generate 429hp and 384lb ft of torque. The electrical supercharger named EQ boost adds 21 hp and 184 lbf⋅ft of torque while under full acceleration. Drive was sent to all four wheels through AMG's nine-speed Speedshift automatic transmission with torque converter, paddle shifts and the 4MATIC+ AWD system. The Mercedes-AMG GT 53 4MATIC+ was optioned with "Aero Package" for a more aggressive look.
