Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG Convertible - W208 (2000 to 2002)

The Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG Convertible was the open top variant of the W208 CLK55 AMG. The CLK 55 AMG convertible featured Mercedes' M113 5.4 engine which was a 5.4L V8 engine was hand built by Mercedes-AMG. This powerplant generated 342hp and 376 lb ft of torque which was sent to the rear wheels via a 5 speed automatic transmission. The W208 CLK55 AMG convertible was built until 2002, although the model series would continue in the next generation W209 CLK, as the W209 CLK55 AMG.
