For the W209 CLK-Class, Brabus produced a range of variants and tuning packages, such as the K8 wich was inspired on the C V8, developed for the W203 C-Class. At this stage, Brabus was already recognized as a high-end company that customized Mercedes-Benz cars. The K8 variants could go from 0 to 60 in just 4.1 seconds and had a top speed of 200 mph using it's 5.5L V8 engine which produced 550hp and 780 Nm of torque. Brabus continued developing and producing a range of options in engine modifications, body kits and various accessories to deliver maximum performance through the increase of horsepower, speed and sportier looks for the W203.
