The Mercedes-Benz CLK200 Kompressor convertible was the open top variant of the W209 CLK200 Kompressor that debuted for the 2003 model year. The CLK 200 Kompressor convertible was powered by supercharged version of Mercedes' M271 engine, which was a 1.8L inline four that initially had an output of 161hp, but saw power increase after the 2006 model year to 181hp. Manual and automatic transmissions were available, both of which sent drive to the rear wheels. Production of the W209 Mercedes-Benz CLK200 Kompressor convertible ended in 2009.
