The E320 CDI was powered by Mercedes' OM613 DE 32 LA engine, which was a 3.2L common rail, turbo-diesel inline six. This engine generated 197hp sending power to the rear wheels through a 5 speed automatic transmission. W210 E320 CDI ended production in 2002, and was replaced by the W211 Mercedes-Benz E320 CDI.
