Messerschmitt KR200 Roadster (1957 to 1964)

Introduced in 1957, the roadster body style was the rarest version of the Messerschmitt KR200. This version of the KR200 was completely open, with passengers only protected by a small front windscreen, although a small, fold-away cloth roof could be fitted. The roadster was powered by a 191cc rear, mid-mounted single cylinder engine. A premium version of the KR200 roadster was also offered, known as the KR201, this version featured changes to the interior trim, as well as an additional 2hp. Production of the Messerschmit KR200 roadster lasted until 1964.
