Mitsubishi Pajero - 3rd Gen (2000 to 2006)

The third generation Mitsubishi Pajero debuted in 1999 in Japan, and worldwide for the 2000 model year. The all wheel drive Pajero, which was also known as the Montero or Shogun depending on the market, was offered in its third generation as a three or five door SUV, and featured a wide range of inline four and V6 engines. The third generation of Pajero, which was the final generation available in North America, continued production until 2006, when the Fourth Generation Mitsubishi Pajero was unveiled.
