Packard Caribbean (1953 to 1956)

The Packard Caribbean was a range of luxury cars introduced for the 1953 model year. The Caribbean was offered as a convertible during its production, but only for the 1956 year was it also available as a hardtop coupe. Engines varied by year, with a 327ci (5.3L) inline eight engine in 1953, a 359ci (5.9L) inline eight in 1954, a 352ci (5.8L) V8 in 1955, and a 374ci (6.1L) V8 for 1956. The initial styling saw a facelift for the 1955 model year, and production ended in 1956.
